First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
