I had a first response from JM Landscapes and Myles of JM actually called out at the weekend, the day after my enquiry, to discuss the job & agree terms Myles, Jim and the team were ready to start the following Monday and worked efficiently and effectively to deliver an excellent job that I would be happy for anyone to view. Found this company on here, asked for a quote, he came out and was very knowledgeable about the work we needed done and gave a competitive price for the work, he had a free slot that worked for us, so he was booked turned up as planned work went to program and was finished on time, did his best to make the mess minimal but it was what it was, pleasure to deal with kept informed and very happy with the result id happily recommend him and his guys, already got future plans for him to do more work for us soon

insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts
