AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Jake and Paul had difficulties with their van so the job was postponed, but only by a couple of days. They got the job done, which wasn't an easy one, and I'm very pleased our double gates are secure once more. The price was reasonable, particularly and they showed great willing to overcome their transport issues and get the job done. My only suggestion to them would be a little bit more communication to let the customer know time of arrival etc. I wouldn't have a problem using them again.

Roy and his son arrived and began work immediately. They cut back my extremely overgrown shrubs and ivy so the fencing could once more be seen and I have gained about three feet extra in garden space. All the cuttings were taken out of the garden and put into their vehicle, leaving the rear garden free of debris and any twigs/leaves left on the drive were removed. A good job well done.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

We're lucky to own a large and beautiful property and we are very particular who we choose to carry out improvements. Dave and his team were absolutely superb. Their work was impeccable and very artistic. They worked all hours to complete the job and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

There would have been no point in complaining directly. You had made it clear you had other work. I was asked by Rated People for my views and I gave them. How unfair or not is entirely subjective. As the potential customer, surely my views should be accepted and taken into account by your business be them good or bad. I do not propose to continue with this email thread. Better spending my time finding a gardener.

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.
