Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

George is a superstar! Reasonably priced and does exactly what he says he’s going to do, when he says he’s going to do it. He knows his stuff and is respectful of your property and neighbours. A great job, done quickly, clean and tidy! Highly recommend! ????????

Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

Very disappointed with Ash, after his initial visit was full of false promises. His reliability has become very poor and he also disputed the agreed payments, after he’d been doing our garden for a few weeks. If you want a reliable trustworthy gardener, I do not recommend Ash.

John and his team did a fantastic job replacing a Velux window for a larger one, fixing the flashing on two chimneys, fixing and clearing my gutters. It was a pleasure having them advise and fixing damp penetration issues I was having. Would recommend highly.

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

Matthew gave a reasonable price for the work and advised us about options which we hadn't previously considered. He communicated well when he had to rearrange his fitting date, and then was prompt with bus work. Efficient and tidy in his work.
