Every member of the team involved in the bathroom installation - plumber, tiler, carpenter, electrician, floorer - was, from start to finish, professional, highly skilled, reliable, clean and friendly. The work took longer than I expected but I am delighted with the result: top quality at a competitive price. I am planning similar work on my kitchen and shall certainly be inviting Root Construction to give me a quote.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. His favourite word was “Perfect” and this was reflected in his work.`The job did take longer than expected, through no fault of his own and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
