Hi, I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A liverpool based construction company mainly covering the North West. As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm, I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. I'm always on site working myself along with my colleagues as I like to ensure all work Is up to the highest standard. I've been self employed in the construction industry for over 10 years working in a good cross section of areas from domestic to commercial to shop fitting. I have also carried out several full house HMO conversions recently. All works/plans are signed off and conform to current regulations where necessary. Very Poor. Would not use again. We are eft with a house in different colour rendering in patches and had lots of nasty messages when requesting this be fixed. Job took from May until September and left with damaged property and patchy rendering. House looks worse than when they started and we are not the only ones! Do your research on them, and dont let them near your home as they will not leave it in good condition. and will leave it lie us, damaged, patchy and looking worse than before. Save your money!!

As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.
