Joe's friendly, responsive and did a first-rate job of making good the (somewhat fiddly) housing around a new Velux window. He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship. He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail. Left me hangin
