Responded promptly to add, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Asked all the right questions to understand the job required and very happy with work completed. Job was amended where required and pricing was reasonable and within budget. Job was delayed by 1 day due to unforeseen circumstances however communication was maintained throughout, otherwise 5 star. Would recommend and will happily use again in future. Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
