A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Phil turned up bang on time to quote for the job. He's very experienced and quoted a very competitive price. He also took the time to explain the limitations of a patch repair as my pebble dash render is near 70 years old and in reality needs renewing which I will do when funds allow. We organised a time for the job, he turned up on time and just go on with it, took less than 2hrs and he cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.
