Tomasz refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Job was done on time, when agreed and the cost was reasonable for the work carried out. We discovered water damage behind our bath, which was unknown, and Tomasz replaced the damaged wall and we agreed a reasonable price for this. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.
