Working with JP has been a disaster. He kept talking up the job he was doing. We want from cleaning guttering to replacing our roof. He doesnt know what he is doing. I have to agree with Stephen ME2, in that the proprietor seemed less than interested in locating and fixing the leak, as detailed, and very focussed on selling me a new bathroom instead, and start there and then.. I can only suspect that they didn't bother with anything as trivial as taking time to plan or consult with me for fear that I might back out before it was too late. What clinched it for me was his emphatic insistence that my inurers would pay for it. As if he could possibly determine that!
