Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.

This job involved repairing a broken waste pipeline 6 feet below a manhole cover and carrying out a CCTV survey. Alastair fitted me in quickly and he completed the job very efficiently. Had issues with an outside tap which had been fitted previously by another plumber. Barry came and sorted everything to an extremely high standard & it’s better now than ever. Fantastic knowledge & skills shown when I asked questions. Didn’t have a long wait, prompt & efficient service at a great price. I highly recommend this company & will use them again.
I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.
