Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

Very friendly always on time, excellent on electrics but also did some tiling for me which he is not so good at. To be fair his price for the tiling was very reasonable but his price for electrics seemed very high for what he did.

Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
