they came the fix they made has not worked they told me they would come back and provide a quote for a heat exchanger replacement. they have not bothered to contact me. I contacted them on 17th Jan chasing this up and they said they would check and call me straight back. they did not call back. This means I have no heating or hot water.

I've changed my rating as the toilet seat that was supplied broke after a few months. Not the plumbers fault but when I contacted him he ignored me. Not great service.

Was super impressed with this company. All you could ask for with prompt response, quote, work started and job finished. Pots and plants were removed carefully and replaced where requested. Where necessary timings were adjusted slightly but I was kept fully informed. Sand has now been gently brushed off and the flat roof looks like new. How good to find a company who works to this standard. I wish them well.
