Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.
