We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. On the phone, seemed knowledgeable and we're very helpful with arranging a time to come that suited me. Only gripe is that they said it would likely take 2 hours, but were done after 30 mins saying the job was easier than expected. Still charged me the full amount though.

Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time.
