His quote was in depth, and communicated extra costs which occurred (due to problems found with the house being built in 1880) straight away. Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.

Rude and offensive to two elderly people. Requested nearby help, and they were from a long way away.They demanded cash so we had to to to a cash machine with them following . When told that we would complain ...one man came aggressively to my car and threatened us. The problem was a faulty light outside.....which cost over £250 to sort out. .. A very expensive 10 minutes spent at the house. .We were told it was the call out fee snd a full hour because that was what it was. Do not use this company .
