The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. As Sam only had one rating I was reluctant to hire Sam. He did the job & now the boiler works. My husband was a builder before retiring & I am used to sending out an invoice & waiting up to a week before bothering people with demands for payment. I think its disrespectful to demand payment straight away. Also an invoice is to be expected, in my opinion.
