I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I contacted Dan because my 3-year-old dishwasher was making a horrible noise, refused to work and showed an F2 fault. The appointment was made in a matter of hours and thankfully he had availability next day. Dan spent some time finding out the problem and succeeded in clearing out the debris. Thankfully there were no other alarm bells and so I am now very pleased with having a working dishwasher again! Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
