Very expensive, sent two people out who both failed to diagnose the problem and, in one case made the problem worse and then the ultimate repair cost more expensive. They come across as very helpful - but there doesn’t seem to much vetting of the tradespeople they use. Not recommended.

More importantly, he identified and corrected the major problem which was causing our outside lights (and some internal lights) to keep tripping the RCD. Had a couple of leaks in my roof. Within a month of the work both leak worse than they did before. Messaged him a two months ago for his thoughts but still waiting on a response. While here he clattered his ladder off my window which I later found to be damaged. Not saying it was him but he did smash a couple of garden pots and then hid them in my garden. Got none of what I wanted, more problems than I began with, paid a lot of money and now talking to another roofer. Lesson in trusting people learned.
