Gary did a great job mending the drain. He was reliable, keeping to the times arranged and working in really cold conditions until everything was finished and tidied up. He kept me informed of what needed doing, even showing me the photographic images of all the damage that had been done by tree roots. Competitive quote given promptly after his initial visit. Very expensive, sent two people out who both failed to diagnose the problem and, in one case made the problem worse and then the ultimate repair cost more expensive. They come across as very helpful - but there doesn’t seem to much vetting of the tradespeople they use. Not recommended.
I am based out of Gloucester, but willing to travel to surrounding cities. I am extremely confident in my skill set. When it comes this trade, nothing beats the experience I have.

Howard came promptly and gave a quote for later the same week. He got the paint for me - a matt emulsion for walls and ceiling. Overall the finished job was good although he had to return to redo a wall. Which he did without any fuss. Howard was very pleasant and got on with the painting efficiently. My reason for 4 stars is that Howard is a bit messy with preparation and finish.
