Regulatory compliance - as a gas safe engineer, I adhere to Gas Safe Register regulations to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements. These skills collectively enable me to carry out work professionally and safely, ensuring the smooth functioning of gas appliances while prioritising safety for both myself and my clients. I withhold a full Gas Safe qualification as well as City and Guilds (level 1, 2 and 3) qualifications in plumbing. I also have a g3 unvented hot water cylinder qualification. An excellent job. Sal arrived within 40 minutes of contact and had sorted the pipework under the sink within half an hour, a very tidy job done very efficiently at a good price. I would certainly recommend Sal and we will use him again if required.
No job too small
I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.
