It is always a worry when choosing a new contractor to do work for you but fortunately TS Plumbing was one of the best ie everything I'd hoped for :- professional advice, reasonable priced, able to do the job in a good time and on time, punctual and tidy but above all friendly.

Arrived quickly- the offending bit of plumbing was (of course) behaving itself perfectly when he was here so nothing that could really be done, but we think we know where the issues are if it happens again, I have a card, and wasn't charged for the callout- couldn't ask for anything more.

I am a local Oxford based plumber with 6 years experience of plumbing and 10 years experience in the trades. I previously worked as a cabinet maker/kitchen fitter so have a keen eye for detail (some could say as far as OCD) however I pride myself on installing something that is both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. I also have a range of contacts from trusted tilers to electricians who can help to complete an installation where required. As much as I like to get stuck in I understand that no one can be the best at everything and would not attempt something unless competant. I have gained a lot of knowledge having worked at some exciting places in my time from domestic houses, stately homes, schools, hospitals to nuclear bunkers, airports and skyscrapers which has helped me gain the extensive knowledge I have today. Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night. We now need to buy a new bath now & get it fitted.
