Oliver replied to the ad within a few minutes and quickly established a rapport with me - we arranged a visit to look at the work and Oliver kept me informed as to his arrival. Work scheduled within 4 days of the quote and arrived on time to complete the work on a Sunday!! Even when things in the job challenged Oliver came up with a plan and sorted out.
