The work took longer than I expected but I am delighted with the result: top quality at a competitive price. I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Rob came round really quickly and made an excellent job - came back again to sort out more problems despite having to come all the way from Weston super Mare. He is very friendly and helpful and the price was much less than I thought. I have now engaged him again to do a complete central heating system in our new house.
