Good price and turned up on time Would have been 5* but they left all the old system behind (they only took the copper/scrap metal) - a number of wooden beams were left in the attic to which we had to manually bring down. System registered with Building control and all documents received quickly. Had 1 small issue with an old pipe not being cut far enough but they came out within a few days to sort. I Would recommend and use this company again.

I have never been so impressed with ‘work men’ as these two. They helped me to purchase the materials myself and even when I bought the wrong shields, this was not a problem for them. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
