Malaki answered my request on Rated people to move my tv mount to the center of the wall in bedroom. We agreed a price and he was over the next day exactly on time to begin the work. Although complex the job required special tools Malaki was able to remove heavy tv mount from wall and refix in better position. He also caulked over empty holes to polish off properly. I am very satisfied with the work. Michael responded promptly and worked hard to accommodate timing changes in the appointment times when I had an issue. He charged a very reasonable price. He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. I would be very happy to use them again.
