When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.

Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night.
