Horrible experience and very dishonest plumber He doesn't deserve even one star. I have an issue with underfloor heating . Dan introduced himself as a specialist . I discovered later, he has no clue about UFH but he jumped on the job to hunt it and get any money . He asked for £80 to come & check although he has no idea how to deal with our system then he estimated the cost of £900 to get some parts. I was shocked of how much he is dishonest, carless, greedy and unprofessional. Don’t think about hiring him

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.
