Did the job on the gas boiler that was badly fitted in a brand new house and no problems and left us saying it will be fine when the water starts running through it. An hour later we started to get a leak and they cancelled a job to get back to us ASAP pulled up some carpet and sawn through the floorboards and ceiling to get to the problem to fix it properly. Highly recommended for both quality of job and above and beyond customer service.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. An excellent job done by a guy who clearly knows his profession. Initially Aftab came out to me to carry out a gas fire service, unfortunately the fire was beyond saving and had to be condemned (I have to say Aftab seemed more upset about this than I was!). However, once I had got my replacement gas fire delivered, Aftab went out of his way to come and install it for me even though he was choc a block with work, he still fitted me in on a Saturday morning. The work was carried out to a very high standard.
