Craig carried out some roof repairs these were completed, with some issues with scaffolding being put up and taken down. However an issue with guttering which he was due return to fix has not been dealt with despite trying to get hold of him on many occasions.

Responded quickly to the job and was able to come next day for a reasonable price. Kept in contact and the work was done with some changes as they assessed on the job and were mindful of not creating a bigger job. The roof repair and cleaning service fell short in several areas. The quoted price was unexpectedly increased during the work. Dust from the roof cleaning covered walls, windows, and the front of the house, requiring additional cleaning for my property and my neighbor’s. Additionally, cement pieces were left in the drainage pipe, risking clogs. Better transparency, cleanup are needed.

they gave me a price for the job I accepted. He lphoned to give me a start date so that I could do the preparation required.. An hour or two before his men were due to arrive he phoned to say that his team were not prepared to do the job without scaffolding and he would send scaffolder to give a price which would be extra to the job. The following day the scaffolder came. I have had no further contact with the company.work still remains not done. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend “Parkview”
