Excellent and efficient service. Gary and his team repointed all my brickwork and removed invasive ivy amongst other bits. Would be NIL stars if available. Asked specifically for a strong cement mix to be used for re-grouting part of the patio. Allowed a week to harden but still crumbly. Mixture used appears to contain very little cement. Phoned up and advised and was promised a return inspection visit at 11.00am the following day. Than was nearly a fortnight ago and he still hasn't re-appeared. Hasn't returned subsequent messages left. Proceed with extreme caution ... or better still ... not at all.

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

I had my fencing removed and replaced by this company. This involved removing a skip load of fencing and foliage and a difficult neighbour. There was no side entrance so the whole lot had to be taken through the house.
