For over 30 years I have been in the construction industry in commercial and none commercial. I have many years experience in all kinds of extensions, single, double, garage conversions, one off houses, garden walls. So if you looking for any kind of building works, please ring for a quotation. I have uploaded just a few pictures of recent works completed . I have public liability NVQ level three in Bricklaying The contractors are use the electrics and gas or certificate based. I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem. I have dealt with many building inspectors/ control and have a good relationship with them’. If you would like references from previous employers/ customers this is not a problem. Ben and Jonnie are great lads, who conduct themselves professionally, and are very knowledgeable about their trade. Their estimate for materials was spot on, their communication leading up to the job was helpful, and most importantly the finish on the bricklaying is superb. They work quickly but precisely, it was a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic professionals. I would like these guys to work for me again on my next project.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
