Qamil He constructed our loft conversion, which we more than happy with. He paid attention to detail and followed the drawings by the architect precisely.He was always willing to discuss any issues and communicate his next plans for the ongoing work. Rabbee and his team refurbished my bathroom. Rabbee and his team created a beautiful bathroom worthy of being in a show room as well as repairing the floor below and the bedroom next door. Rabbee was so helpful in helping to pick up items in his van and was patient & understanding with delivery delays. He really cares about customer satisfaction. The whole team is friendly and easy to talk to. Very accommodating to any changes. Have already lined him up for other projects. Finally found a trustworthy team.

Repointing and plaster work to the front of our terraced house. We're very pleased with the result of the work. Overall; good work, good communication, clean and tidy, and good value for money. Would use again without hesitation.

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. From start to finish J.A.M were professional and adaptable to our changing design ideas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Haba came and looked at the job and gave me a price we agreed on a start date which he kept started the job on time his work was clean and tidy and gave a fair price for the job . He also corrected some bad workmanship done by another workman before him .very pleased with his work would use him again and or recommend him to others 10/10

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
