Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! If I could leave 0 I would! Ended up having to call the police after they demanded payment for a gutter they put on backwards so the drain pipe does not go into a drain but just hangs over my driveway! They broke my gate and complained they had to fix it! Tried to say it was like that! They didn't fix the leaking ones either! Got very aggressive when I said I wasn't happy about the gutter being on the wrong way and threatened to destroy more of my property. Smashed plant pots as well utterly disgusting.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
