Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Very pleased with this small building job, . After posting my advert I received a reply within ten minutes and this builder was able to complete the job the next morning. Two workmen/builders arrived promptly the next morning as arranged and completed the work the same day. They took down the existing wall, put in new footings, rebuilt the arc shaped wall and pointed. I would highly recommend this builder.
