If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

They responded quickly. Did the job so far, so good. Time will tell if the patchwork of rendering stays in place and does the job. I have given them 5 stars on the chance that it does. Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it
