He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

You knew it was a 20 year driveway but you said it was no problem before you started. Now that you have done bad job you are blaming the driveway. You just laid it wrong.

Does anyone know whether Andrew is ok? I paid him to do a job for me and despite some setbacks (he fell ill, then his son fell ill, then they had a family holiday) I thought we were set to go. I have not heard from him for two weeks and am becoming concerned

Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. Damian kept in touch by text throughout and did a very good job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, at a fair price. Would be happy to use again.

We were happy with the kitchen and work (apart from late start and finish / lack of communication), but the kitchen has been in for less than a year and the new floor that was laid is splitting. The underlay wasn’t installed correctly so the joints on the vinyl tiles have split. We’re going to have to have it all removed and done again, properly. Very disappointing.

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.
