He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.

I've now used Mick several times. He's very conscientious about the quality of work he delivers and always obliging if there is any remedial work to be carried out after the job is complete. He replaced my boiler and hot water tank and will always advise what's best with his many years knowledge. He's also fitted a new gas hobby and done some maintenance on radiators. Fully Gas Safe registered. He's not always the quickest to reply to emails or text but I understand how incredibly busy he is.

A couple of very helpful gents who came and gave me a price and then turned up when they said they would and completed the job with minimum fuss. One of them even came back to turn on the boiler, which they turned off, whilst we were looking up how to do it. Would recommend to anyone.
