My apartment is quite complex to manoeuvre around, but everything was handled expertly and with great care, including staying a little overtime on the last day to make sure everything worked. Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.
