I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.
My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Garry was the first of three to quote for my work and basically set the standard for the other two tradesmen. He was prompt, well mannered, easy to talk to and gave good advice. The work, which lasted two weeks, was finished professionally and on time and within budget - even though I made a change to one of my jobs part way through the first week. I would certainly recommend Garry and his company to anyone who asked.
Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

Had a wall knocked down and new floor fitted by Phil. He was extremely careful not to cause too much mess and double checked before going ahead with any work. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him for any future work!

I've now used Mick several times. He's very conscientious about the quality of work he delivers and always obliging if there is any remedial work to be carried out after the job is complete. He replaced my boiler and hot water tank and will always advise what's best with his many years knowledge. He's also fitted a new gas hobby and done some maintenance on radiators. Fully Gas Safe registered. He's not always the quickest to reply to emails or text but I understand how incredibly busy he is.
