The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

I needed a total bathroom refurbishment it was my very good fortune to find Charlie cowie online. id had four other bathroom specialists out for a quote but after 5 minutes I knew I wanted Charlie to do the refurbishment. his professionalism and eye for detail were FANTASTIC. he is also very friendly and treats your home as if it was his own. Charlie did all the work himself and left no mess at all. the finished job was truly OUTSTANDING. kitchen is the next project so you know who will be doing that.

The initial quote was surprisingly low. As our house is very old, and has a variety of pipework, there was an initial problem which had not been anticipated. The final bill was higher, but it was apparent why.

Patryk did a first class job I bought materials myself somethings were broken Patryk manged to overcome all these problems with no complaints and no extra charges I gave Patryk a shabby dingy bathroom Patryk transformed into bright pleasant shower room Started on time finished on time Cleaned up well when finished. Although the original start date was changed to the following day I was kept informed and had been flexible about the start date anyway. Vlad worked very hard, helped me to make decisions by listening and advising, then produced neat work and left everything very tidy. I'd definitely recommend him and his work.
