S&S also provide building services, over 40 years experience in building and maintenance, work include brickwork/ rendering/plastering/concrete floors/pades/bases/ electrical work across the board, from installing to pat tests, board change, etc. certificates and passes, qualifications in photo album for customers reassurance. S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. This chap needs to go back to Plumbing college and then spend a couple of years as an apprentice before going out on his own again. Unprepared for the job (despite being given a photographic brief), no rawlplugs, no waste pipe clips, no toilet waste pipe, no extension lead, no dust pan and brush etc etc. Toilet leaked two days after he 'finished' the job. Couldn't face having him back.
