He came out on short notice and did not leave until all the work was completed. Carl remained patient and focused His suggestion resulted in me investing in a WetVac which will come in extremely handy for future blockages. I was contacted by a couple of tradesman about the job I posted, one was Hass from Comforooms and one was Shef. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Hass was very professional, polite, gave a written quote and reassured us that he would do a really good job, he had completed the task and my mum seems happy with the finishing, he has also guaranteed the work if anything happens again but ensured us that we won’t have future problems.

Tim was great. Came at short notice. Everything installed well and pointed out a vent had been left open causing the smell of standing water. Tim cut out the drawer to fit around the qettle unit and pipework. Very clean and very helpful. I'll happily use him again. Thumbs up.
