Job done well, involved two visits. Only issue with Service team was that they don't give a timed appointment so it may be necessary to plan to be at home for a whole day in readiness for a job that only takes half an hour.

I am extremely happy with the work Carl carried out over the two days. It was only supposed to take a couple of hours but Carl found additional issues.
