This is just a booking service. Bit of a con. Ring around yourself! I urgently needed boiler fixed and paid £120 (£180 on w/e) for fix that day.. plumber didn’t actually come until 3 days later. He did a great job and I would have gladly given him the wasted £120 on top of the call out and parts which I paid him. Save yourself money and if you can, ring a plumber yourself.

Martin came to look at an intermittent leak under my kitchen sink & said it was the washing machine fitting that was loose. Days later, I checked the cupboard & it was still wet, I messaged Martin but did not receive a reply. I hired another plumber & was told that the problem was condensation from the brick wall, & nerded an air brick installing. This made sense as the wall is north-facing & the dampness doesn't happen all the time. I was charged £175 by Plumbernow.
