If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
