I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Completed the replacement of car park bollard lighting in a residents parking area to a very high standard, paying good attention to detail. Ensured good communication during quote stage providing details of a variety of lights to choose from. Site left tidy every day and cleared away on completion, would definitely use again and indeed have for a smaller job within own flat. Edward Fellows did an excellent job of putting new tiles in my kitchen and utility room. He also replaced a shower, put up mirror cabinets and other items such as towel rails in bathrooms. He always arrived on time and also finished his work on time. He cleared up after the work was finished. His prices were very reasonable. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
