Adam responded really quickly to my posting, although I didn't go ahead with the original job I posted I did ask him to carry out another job. He did a great job redecorating a studio apartment with some repairs to the ceiling from an old leak. The place looked as good as new by the time he finished! There was a water pipe problem at an HMO that I own and water was leaking from under the sink. After calling a number of plumbers no one could attend for two days.
