Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Excellent, quick service provider. We had a ridge tile that became loose because of a storm. Home Maintenance came the next day after calling to discuss the job and repaired the tile and repointed ridge tiles. Also, they inspected the whole roof and noticed another broken tile, which they replaced too. Highly recommended, photos given for work and great communication. Thank you both.
